Shipping & Return

We will ship your order within three (3) business days from the time you placed it using USPS Priority Mail. Your card will be charged once the order is shipped. Delivery time within the United States in most cases is 2-3 days from shipping. Please allow 7-12 business days for international orders to arrive. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your Citron Store account.

Item Availability

Citron makes every effort to ensure that the items displayed on our website are available. However, we cannot always guarantee item availability. In cases where an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you by e-mail. If you choose not to agree to a replacement, your credit card will be charged for the remaining items in your order only.

Return/Exchange Policy

We suggest that you consult our size chart prior to ordering to ensure a perfect fit. Please contact to get the specific measurements of a particular style and size. Refunds are accepted and credited for damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrectly shipped items ONLY. Exchanges are accepted if you find that an item you ordered is either too large or too small. To initiate this process, please send an email to within 7 days of receiving the item, requesting for a return authorization; return authorizations are only valid for 7 days after they have been issued. Please indicate your order number, and the merchandise that you want to return. We will send you either a refund or a replacement that is of equal or lesser value upon receipt of the unworn and unwashed returned item. Refunds are in the form of store credits only. A store credit is usually issued right away and can be used on your next order immediately. Please note that any store credits or gift certificates issued by or purchased at our Santa Monica Store are not valid online. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges so this will be deducted to the amount refunded. Also, please note that Citron reserves the right to revoke store credits, which were awarded by the Citron Loyalty Program, without prior notice, as a result of the returned or canceled order.

Price Adjustment Policy

In the event of a sale or promotion, customers may request a price adjustment between the price paid and the current price of the item in the form of a store credit. This policy applies only if the original purchase was made within 7 days of the new promotion. This applies to orders through only.
