We suggest that you PAY ATTENTION TO THE MEASUREMENTS INCLUDED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM YOU ARE INTERESTED IN prior to ordering to ensure a perfect fit. THE SIZE CHART ON SITE PROVIDED IS AN AVERAGE  SIZE MEASUREMENT THAT DOES NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT SPECIFICS OF EACH STYLE.   
Refunds are accepted and credited for damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrectly shipped items. Exchanges are accepted if you find that an item you ordered is either too large or too small. To initiate this process, please send an email to online@citron.net within 7 days of receiving the item, requesting for a return authorization; return authorizations are only valid for 7 days after they have been issued. Please indicate your order number, and the merchandise that you want to return. We will send you either a refund or a replacement that is of equal or lesser value upon receipt of the unworn and unwashed returned item. Refunds are in the form of store credits or refunds to credit card. A store credit is usually issued right away and can be used on your next order immediately. Please note that any store credits or gift certificates issued by or purchased at our Santa Monica Store are not valid online. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges so this will be deducted from the amount refunded. Also, please note that Citron reserves the right to revoke store credits, which were awarded by the Citron Loyalty Program, without prior notice, as a result of the returned or canceled order.

How do I return?
  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable? 
  • Within 10 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable? 
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Gift with purchase
  • Discounted items. Can only be exchanged.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)
    How do I ship back the items?
    For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
    How soon will I get my refund?
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
