Return/Exchange Policy
Upon return you could choose online credit, exchange, or refund. Online credit is usually issued as soon as the item is received back in our warehouse form of a gift card and can be used on your next order immediately. There is no time limit on our gift cards. Exchanges are accepted if you find that the item you ordered is either too large or too small, or prefer a different item in exchange. Refunds will be issued for any items you would like to return for credit and will be processed in the same form as the original purchase.
Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be received and up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed. Merchandise received after 30 days with prior approval, will be issued a store credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Upon receipt of returned goods, Citron Clothing reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
To initiate this process, please go to Start Return/Exchange within 15 days of receiving the item, requesting for a return authorization; return authorizations are only valid for 15 days after they have been issued. Be prepared to provide your order number and email address to initiate the return, then follow the steps.
Returns are only accepted for items in unused condition with all tags intact. Please note that any store credits or gift certificates issued by or purchased at our Santa Monica Store are not valid online. Citron Clothing reserves the right to revoke store credits, which were awarded by the Citron Loyalty Program, without prior notice, as a result of the returned or canceled order.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments may only be issued in the original tender within 5 days of the ship date. If we permanently reduce the price of an item you purchased, upon request, we will be glad to offer a price adjustment. The item must be the same color and size and must be in stock. Please note, we can only make one price adjustment per item. Sale items are not eligible for adjustments after it has been further marked down.

How do I return?
- Visit our Start Return/Exchange section on our home page
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Citron will provide a return label for a single return or exchange request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any subsequent returns.
If you wish to exchange or return a product for the second time, you must place a new order and return your current item for a refund.
CITRON CLOTHING is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues during transit.
What items are returnable?
