Refunds are accepted and credited for damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrectly shipped items. Exchanges are accepted if you find that an item you ordered is either too large or too small. To initiate this process, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item, requesting for a return authorization; return authorizations are only valid for 7 days after they have been issued. Please indicate your order number, and the merchandise that you want to return. We will send you either a refund or a replacement that is of equal or lesser value upon receipt of the unworn and unwashed returned item. Refunds are in the form of store credits or refunds to credit card. A store credit is usually issued right away and can be used on your next order immediately. Please note that any store credits or gift certificates issued by or purchased at our Santa Monica Store are not valid online. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges so this will be deducted from the amount refunded. Also, please note that Citron reserves the right to revoke store credits, which were awarded by the Citron Loyalty Program, without prior notice, as a result of the returned or canceled order.
