We will ship your order within 3-4 business days from the time you placed it using USPS Priority Mail. Your card will be charged once the order is placed. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your Citron Store account.
Item Availability
Citron makes every effort to ensure that the items displayed on our website are available. However, we cannot always guarantee item availability. In cases where an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you by e-mail. If you choose not to agree to a replacement, your credit card will be charged for the remaining items in your order only.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy
At CITRON CLOTHING, we prioritize the secure delivery of your orders. While we make every effort to ensure your package reaches you safely, it's crucial to understand the responsibilities involved.
Recipient's Responsibility:
Once a package is marked as delivered by our selected shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx), it becomes the recipient's responsibility to ensure its safekeeping.
