Processing & Standard Shipping
- Please allow 3-4 business days from the date your order is placed for your order to be processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Friday, Weekend & Holiday Orders
- Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your delivery.
Express Shipping
- If you need your order sooner, please select an available Express Shipping option at checkout.
- Express Shipping does not include weekend or holiday processing or shipping.
Item Availability
- Citron makes every effort to ensure that the items displayed on our website are available. However, we cannot always guarantee item availability. In cases where an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you by e-mail. If you choose not to agree to a replacement, your credit card will be charged for the remaining items in your order only.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy

Recipient's Responsibility
- Once a package is marked as delivered by our selected shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx), it becomes the recipient's responsibility to ensure its safekeeping.
